These terms govern all transactions, deliveries, and commercial engagements with FLOZA® Furniture Innovation Company.

1. Manufacturing & Quality Standard

All FLOZA products are engineered to high structural standards using kiln-dried hardwoods, high-density cold-cured foam, medical-grade powder-coated steel, and certified hardware.

2. Manufacturer Warranty

Residential and commercial furniture frames, structural joints, and mechanisms carry a comprehensive Warranty against manufacturing defects. Detailed warranty coverage is registered automatically with your invoice number.

3. Delivery & Certified Installation

We provide pan-Madhya Pradesh doorstep delivery. Delivery timelines typically range from 2 to 5 business days depending on pincode tier. Free certified technician installation is provided for all modular beds, workstations, and hospital furniture.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
